Protection Act of the United Kingdom, and selected legislation
worldwide regarding privacy of data.
This Privacy Policy guides

form, or other means. This Policy covers all of IGAF

CONSENT – PUBLIC/PRIVATE
SITE
By using IGAF Worldwide's Web sites,
you signify your acceptance of our Privacy Policy. If
you are an IGAF Worldwide member, you have been provided
a membership username and password directly from IGAF
Worldwide. This username and password will enable you
to login to our private Web site for members only, and
it also serves as the only means of authenticating your
identity on IGAF Worldwide's Web sites. Whether you

to our private site, you are consenting to IGAF Worldwide's
information collection and use in accordance with its

COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION
In order to ensure that our Web sites
are as useful and effective an information source as
they can be, we use log files to analyze information.
This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser
type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit
pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of
clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track
visitor's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad
demographic information for aggregate use. These types
of log files are not linked to personal information.
IGAF Worldwide uses these statistics to improve site
content and usability; this information does not identify
visitors personally.
Visitors are not required
to be IGAF Worldwide members in order to search IGAF
Worldwide's Web site, with the exception of secure pages
that are accessible by members only. When an IGAF Worldwide
member enters a username and password in order to access
these secure pages, a temporary cookie may be deployed.
This cookie — a small text file stored on the
visitor's browser — enables the Web site to remember
this authentication information during movement from
one page to another. This makes it unnecessary to log
in again on each page. If you have set your Internet
browser to reject cookies, access may be denied to the
secure areas of IGAF Worldwide's Web site. Advertisements
from third parties may occasionally be used on the IGAF
Worldwide Web site, and these third party Web sites
may also use cookies to track your Web page usage for
advertising or other marketing purposes.
IGAF Worldwide also collects

offices and member firms in order to provide membership
services to partners and staff of member firms. Examples
of this information would be name, email address, phone
number, and also information regarding your place of
business. Collection and transfer of this data between
IGAF Worldwide and its regional offices and/or member
firms is allowed through explicit consent as a member
and through adherence of IGAF Worldwide regional offices
to the Safe Harbor Act in Europe, Data Protection Act
in the UK, or other privacy policies. Partners and staff
of IGAF Worldwide member firms who do not desire the
collection and/or transfer of their personal data should
request exclusion through their firm or regional IGAF
Worldwide office.
