McKonly & Asbury Names Two New Partners

CAMP HILL, PA – Effective January 1st, 2005, McKonly & Asbury, LLP, a
regional business advisory firm and member of IGAF Worldwide, has admitted Jonathan M. Gross, CPA and Kurt M. Trimarchi, CPA to the Partnership.

Mr. Trimarchi joined the firm in 2003 as a principal. He is the
Director of Tax Services, leading the firm's Tax Department. Prior to
joining M&A, he most recently served as a Tax Services Coordinator for
an international accounting firm's Mid-Atlantic office. Mr. Trimarchi
is a Bloomsburg University graduate, with a BS degree in Accounting.

Mr. Gross joined the firm as a Senior Manager in 2002 specializing in
service to the Real Estate and Affordable Housing industries. He
leads this industry practice along with Managing Partner, Terry L.
Harris, CPA. Mr. Gross is a graduate of Temple University with a
Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting.
