AKRON, OH – August 30, 2005 – Brockman, Coats, Gedelian & Co. has been recognized as one of the best northeast Ohio work-places for top talent.  The firm will be among those honored at the NorthCoast 99 Awards dinner on September 14 in Cleveland. 

Annually, 99 best-in-class employers in the 22-county region of northeast Ohio are honored as NorthCoast 99 best places to work.  Based on demonstrated ability to implement dynamic and effective programs that attract, retain and create a high level of employee satisfaction, the award is presented by the Employers Resource Council (ERC), northeast Ohio’s largest employers’ association.  

Criteria considered in the firm’s selection included work-life balance programs, compensation, benefits, training and education, recruitment and retention programs, community service and communication.  The designation makes Brockman, Coats, Gedelian & Co. part of an elite group of employers whose HR practices serve as benchmarks for other organizations in northeast Ohio.
